At least in official stores in my country, surveillance hdd's are around 50-55 USD, while PC HDD's go for 110 USD and NAS HDDs for 120 USD (all this example filtering for 4TB disks).
however, I am considering the idea of looking for a used disk at a good price on fb marketplace and that has not been used so much, obviously with the seller sending me evidence of the functionality and thus to be able to lower the costs a little, since I gave up the idea of going for surveillance hdds.
Additionally, the guy who sold the Intel Arc a380 no longer has it available so I will postpone the installation of the GPU and wait for a similar one to come out, as I do not know what option would be advisable in nvidia.
As for the disks, are you planning to use Raid? What does your backup look like?
Maybe two 14TB Raid1 disk? Seagate Exos X - X16 14TB cost about 220 euro here.
Nop, not raid and notyhing like that, only disk and massive storage
What do you think about this disks ?
