what am I doing wrong?

When I put the normal bar it works perfectly but when I put it in full screen it fails, it remains a box like the original, I put the CSS as it says in the last step at the end of my custom CSS and it continues the same.

I don't know if I'm pasting the large CSS code in the right place.
