How can I put TV Show and Movie folders inside of another "series" folder?

I misunderstood your message. I think your best option is to create a collection. First, select the TV series, then open the context menu and choose "Add to collection," creating a new collection. Then, repeat the process for you other media, adding them to the collection you created.
