Transcdeing tearing

Stream breaks at the same spot every time

Looks like tearing like how a dvd looks when it's scratched.

BTW I did fix the issue I had to force full transcodeing by limiting the bitrate on the roku client.

But It didn't fix the issue with direct streaming.
