Date added for movies is incorrect

In the last week or so, the 'date added' tag for my freshly imported movies is incorrect, and thus the 'recently added' section is missing these newly imported movies. For example, I just imported a movie and for some reason the "Date added" metadata field is set to 2023. What's going on?

Strangely, TV series do not appear to be affected.
