Server GUI missing

I've installed Jellyfin on an LMDE 6 box to be my server.  There is a client app link available, but there is no link to a server GUI.  I also tried localhost:8096 via the web, but this also only shows client content.

I've seen many videos about Jellyfin that show the server options on screen, like Live TV and others.  Is this a Linux problem?  Do I need to dig around configuration files to get the same functionality?
