Strange that their image is still using jf-ffmpeg6.
Regardless, Intel deprecated openCL support for CPUs that are 10th gen and older for Intel Compute Runtime packages after 24.35.30872.22. The version of the openCL runtime that hotio is using in their 10.10 image is newer than that, 24.39.31294.12, thus causing your issue whenever you need to tone map.
