SOLVED: How To Remove Repeated Episodes?

Hello All,

I am in the process of re-organizing my media library. When re-adding everything back into Jellyfin, it mostly found the metadata and referenced the correct files without any issue.

Except on this one show. It keeps retaining the older file references, from how I had the files previously names (screenshots below). I did some searching and per the recommendation of a few others around the net, I have tried renaming the folder the files are contained (I'm sure that the files are using the proper Jellyfin naming scheme for season/episode name schemes per the Jellyfin documentation (pictures below).

This one show seems to refuse to refresh the metadata and remove the old episode listings. I have tried having Jellyfin scan all libraries and also tried having Jellyfin refresh the metadata on both this whole show and on the individual season. None of these functions seem to remove the older episode listings. This is the only show I have in my library that does this - everything else has the proper metadata. Is there any way to resolve this?
