    DoVi issues with Shield Pro 2019

    This particular file is DV Profile 7, which the Shield can't play. There aren't actually any current streaming devices that can stream Profile 7 "multi layer".... or atleast weren't any last I checked.

    You can use DV Tool to convert Profile 7 to Profile 8 which drops the extra metadata that makes the DV file 12bit vs 10bit. There aren't many display devices, if any, that are true 12bit.
    You can also try turning on LLDV for the Shield in the dev menu to see if that does anything for you. Due to LG limitations with DV (LG expects the playing device to send LLDV anyway) this may allow you to play Profile 7 files that aren't multi layer.
