Changing playback speed is not doing anything

I have the same problem here. Some videos can't be adjusted for playback speed.
I checked and the audio encoding for these videos uses EAC3. and if I copy the corresponding video's streaming link in the web version of jellyfin and play it using the vlc player on my TV, it can adjust the playback speed.
If the audio of the video is using aac. then the playback speed can be adjusted properly within jellyfin.
