SOLVED: Roku app crashes when showing thumbnails

In the NFO file, either in tvshow.nfo or the NFO for the individual episode, does it provide a file path or URL for the image? Or is it just using the thumbnail from the video itself?

If neither has an image specified, it is probably just an image it pulled from the TS file.

Can you try going into a browser and for the show/season/episode, then refreshing metadata but select "replace all metadata" and check "replace all images".
