Unfortunately I only have 1 device that I play from.
When I initially setup the library, I went through every show and season to compare episodes displayed vs number of files, this is where I found a South Park episode that wouldn't show up in the UI via browser no matter what I did. I sought help via Twitter and some other forums, eventually it appeared.
But in the case of shows like Heroes, via browser all the episodes appeared and I moved on to the next show, so they were all in the browser UI when I started. Through the week Heroes always showed 3 episodes left, I'm pretty sure even before we played episode 17 that it showed 2 more in the Up Next part, but once the episode finished and I went to play next, 18 was missing and it went right to 19.

Apologies for any responses that seem short/rude, on the spectrum and get frustrated very easily with technology. Do my best to keep it under wraps but doesn't always work when something isn't going as it should.
