LrcLib plugin does not show up in catalogue

just checked out of couriosity

Its missing for me too.
Used repo is showing the plugin:
https://repo.jellyfin.org/files/plugin/manifest.json
I m using Version 10.9.10


could it be that the plugin just works from 10.10+?
in the manifest is stated:
targetAbi "10.10.0.0"

same for "Chapter Segments Provider" - which is also not selectable but in the manifest.

but... i honestly have no clue what "targetAbi" really means
