loading button in the middle of the screen when swiping the video forward

I would like to know if it is possible to add loading when the video is played forward. There are times when it seems like it has frozen. It would be cool if there was a rotating circle indicating that the film is loading and not frozen.

I believe some clients actually do have such an indicator. This would be a client specific characteristic though. Different clients will behave differently. I don't believe some devices even provide a framework for including additional details on the video frame. But some do.
