There is a known bug that requires that m3u playlists be writable.
10.10.3 should be released soon with a fix. The work around is to backup all the m3u playlists you have in your library and then make your playlist writable. DO NOT DELETE THE PLAYLISTS. Jellyfin will continue to try accessing them.
