Do you have a separate instance of FFmpeg installed? Looks like you do. Which may cause issues with Jellyfin since our FFmpeg is not a simple re-brand. Jellyfin in Windows simply invokes "ffmpeg" and it looks like your other ffmpeg version is responding instead of ours.
