Set download permissions per library

Hi,

I am exploring Jellyfin to create a media server.

In my use case, the users of this media server should not be able to download the videos or audio files, but they should be able to see and download any text documents.

From what I've seen, I can only set a global download permission per user, meaning that any user will either be able to download everything or nothing.

Is there a way to configure the download permissions per library? For example, to disallow downloads on a video library and allow them on a text library?
