First, I'm assuming that the Shows library is "TV-Shows-Folder" and not "Top-Library-Folder".
Second, the season folder names need to be "Season 1", "Season 2", etc., since that is how TMDB and TVDB organize seasons in their API.
And this would apply to the file name as well. "s01e01"
