Ok this is what I didn't understand! Sonarr sorts the series into Season folders as shown above using the year, which means it does not get detected correctly by Jellyfin. Upon manually renaming the season folders and writing a script to rename the episodes, as I dont believe Sonarr has a way to rename Seasons (correct me if I'm wrong). Upon doing this and re-scanning the library, they get detected correctly and now fetch data and pictures! Thanks.
And this would apply to the file name as well. "s01e01"
