What do you mean by "It's a slow HTTP response message that plagues all users who don't disable it" disable what? For more context, I have uploaded the full logs to the initial post. I have this all running in docker containers on a TrueNAS Scale machine that allocates a dynamic 8GB of memory to both the Jellyfin and ErstazTV containers. They also have 128GB of PVC storage. Both of these settings are the standard with the TrueCharts installation. I hope this additional information is helpful!
