SOLVED: Can't play VC1 Codec total lockup

JMP will fallback to software decoding which is the same behavior as MPV on Android. It is just software decoding on the client side instead of on the server side. 

As I'm trying to learn as much as I can is there a way to tell when JFMP is software decoding on the client side?

I presume that VLC can't software decode and that it relies on the server side to do it?
