    Ah thank you!  So simple!  The server is now bound to that 192xx address, appears as expected on the dashboard.

    After turning off VPN ( the culprit of the 10.5.0.2 address ) everything is now working!!

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Now I need to figure out how to get jellyfin to operate outside of the VPN, so i can have VPN running and use Jellyfin simultaneously, i will do some research.
