In the screenshot you shared, the only issue I see is that Jellyfin is including "The" when alphabetizing. Which is different than other library types where "The" is ignored for the purposes of sorting.
But, within the context of including "the" for sorting, it looks like it is sorting properly.
But I suspect the inclusion of "the" for sorting is an oversight or bug.
