Movies not loading

Try installing Swiftfin.  It is much newer and should better than Jellyfin Mobile or your browser.

I'm not sure what can be done for the Switch.  I don't see anything in your logs that points to a reason why only movies are problematic on some devices.

Swiftfin gives me the same result unfortunately. However I’ve installed the app Infuse and added my Jellyfin server from there and now movies play just fine. It does take a short minute to load but i’m satisfied.
