I'm having a hell of a time getting transcoding to work with the Arc A310.
Setup is:
Dell Optiplex 5050 SFF
Windows Server 2025 (Activated)
Core i5-7600
64gb of Ram
Sparkle Eco Arc A310
4TB HDD to store Media
256gb SSD for OS and Apps
JF Server Version 10.10.1
Intel Driver updated to lates. Ver 32.0.101.6297
It will playback if Quality is set to auto. If I drop the bitrate to force a transcode, it will give a Playback error. What's more confusing, when I used JF on my iPhone, it would transcode. When I use a Web browser or the Windows Player, it will break.
I've attached my setup images. I've tried Enabling Tone Mapping and VPP tone Mapping, both do not work.
I have QSV Device set to 1 as this i5 is an iGPU which is set to GPU 0 0 in Task Manager, A310 shows GPU 1
I'm ripping my hair out! (what I have left anyways)
If there is any more info you need to help please let me know. I've tried to provide the same info others have shared in my searches here.
