Yes that does appear to be nearly the same exact behavior as mine except without the long movie restriction rather mine is just anything in 4K. I did some more digging last night and if i set a bitrate limit it will trigger transcoding and I can at least watch the movies however It looses HDR support in the process. I'm wondering if its a file size limit that I'm running into I will try to transcode down one of the 4K files with handbreak to their roku preset and see if that helps any will update later today when I try that. Thanks for all the help!
