Can't figure out how to get to user selection screen on new LG G4 tv

I just got a new TV and installed the Jellyfin app. On my previous TV I used a Google Chromecast device and Jellyfin would ask what user was watching the TV each time. On the new TV I'm trying to get similar functionality but I can't find an option anywhere that allows me to have multiple users. I have to sign out and in with the other account each time. Any ideas?
