Hello, Stav.

Looking at the logs, it looks like there are Disk I/O errors on the sqlite DB:

This might be a full drive, permissions, or (hopefully not) a failing storage device. It is, in any case, having trouble using the DB file on your storage. So that might give you an idea what to look at to solve the issue.
