Jellyfin can't see folder under /home/ubuntu

Jellyfin runs as its own user and home directory access is restricted to its owner. Your options are to remount OneDrive somewhere safe to open permissions (/mnt/OneDrive?) or open the permissions on that home directory (not recommended).
