Media libraries without title display

Perfect, that looks good
I have now reinstalled everything and adjusted it again.

What I notice is that almost no actors are shown anymore, only very sporadically.
If i then click on a "placeholder image" the actor is displayed correctly.
The image will then be displayed correctly.
But i have to click on each image once, that's a bit time-consuming
Is there another way to do it?
Have tested rescanning, but rescanning the metadata didn't work
