Use Tailscale free VPN. You just set it up on the computer running your jellyfin install and download the Tailscale app on the devices you want to connect with. Use the IP or MagicDNS address assigned by Tailscale to the machine you wish to access and add the Jellyfin port to the end of it. Example http:servername.tailnumber.ts.net:8096
