File naming for multi-part movies

AFAIK, you cannot use both versions and parts. IMO, the better option is to merge the extended edition into one file (this is what I did). Merging does not involve any encoding, btw. So it should happen as quickly as your disk can read and write and keep the original quality.

MKVToolnix is the go-to tool if you aren't comfortable with the command line.
