Why is lscr.io's Jellyfin so keen on storing subtitles?

I have 9.1gb of subtitles. I don't want any of it.

The official Jellyfin image should work with an Arc A310. I use the official image with my A380 on Ubuntu 24.04. What OS is the host running?

Jellyfin 10.10.3 (Docker)
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
Intel i3 12100
Intel Arc A380
OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
Storage
3x WD Red Pro 6TB CMR in RAIDZ1 (JF Library)
