SOLVED: Cant Access My Server

So the server was working fine. I was trying to stream it to my friends house. He was having issues logging in or even creating a user. I tried creating the user for him. Then I thought stupidly changing the server URL would be better. I can no longer get into the server to reset it via the browser. If I go to the tray and right click on 'Jellyfin' then click 'Open Jellyfin', I'm brought to a white page with the new URL I set. I tried unistalling and reinstalling. I'm definitely missing something here. I can't ever use the server locally anymore.   Please I need help getting in there and resetting the destruction.
