If you are very sure the file is HDR10 then the log you posted is not the log for the file you are playing.
Ah crap - I just noticed the format was AV1! I had another one that wasnt AV1 and it worked great! Woop!
Another video I have isnt working. Its not transcoding, so direct playing. Its not AV1. I checked the Jellyfin media properties and everything looks okay. Not sure what the issue is with this one? I attached the screenshot.

Please attach the ffmpeg and server logs when you play the files that are causing issues, and try to be more clear in your messages. I'm having trouble understanding your last one.
