I'm only aware of enabling "Do Not Disturb". I know that some apps have an "Audio Focus" mode, but I'm not aware of any 1st or 3rd party Jellyfin apps that have that. And it looks like there is already a feature request for this in Jellyfin (Android TV), but I don't see one for jellyfin, in general.
