At this point, you may want to contact Trakt. I don't normally use Trakt, but I installed it on my test instance and I can't replicate your problem. I was able to export to trakt no problem. And I don't see any settings in my Trakt account that would restrict access or something.
Do you have debug logging enabled on the Trakt plugin? Not sure if the unauthroized messages you're mentioning are debug level or not.
