I cant startup my web page

I use fedora server with podman in cockpit i used to use yacht but i wanted to switch because it seems handyer to have my machines in 1 place but i cant seem to fix this.....

http://localhost:8096/ and it just says unable to connect i do use tailcale as a exit node on the server but i believe it shouldnt matter as long as it doesnt run on the same port
