    You'll want to grab your ffmpeg log. It would also help if you could share your server hardware and OS, plus how you installed Jellyfin (e.g., bare metal or virtualized).

    I see that you're using QSV for hardware acceleration but without knowing the hardware, I can't take a look at compatibility of the processor.
