All my WIFI5 devices get around 300-400Mbps on the 5Ghz band with WIFI6 devices getting around 700-800Mbps.
WIFI5 on my 2.4Ghz band get around 50-100Mbps.
So it all depends on what band the Jellyfin server is on, signal strength where it is located, how crowded the spectrum is.
Move it closer to the router, if possible. Use ethernet if possible. If it is on the 2.4Ghz band, move it to the 5Ghz band.
