Samsung TV Jellyfin App suddenly unable to connect to server

A user using the client on a Samsung TV suddenly got kicked out and cannot connect to my server again

Hi. I have a Jellyfin 10.8.10 server set up with a Duckdns reverse proxy, that had previously worked flawlessly for the user, but for the last few days they have not been able to connect to my server anymore, I've tried reinstalling the app but I am not sure why it would stop suddenly.

Anyone else having recently trouble?
