I was having a similar issue, I could see my TV device, but couldn't play to the device. When I clicked play it never transitioned to the next screen (either mobile app or via a browser.

Bind to local network address solved the issue for me.

ds1821+ (AMD Ryzen v1500B / 36GB ram)
Jellyfin on mirrored Samsung Pro m2 SSD, docker, latest image, dlna 5.0.0
