Edit: This is just the audio transcoding, which is happening successfully. On a Core 2 Duo, it's not surprising you notice issues. When transcoding, ffmpeg will use all of the available resources at its disposal which is why it's a good idea to have a server be a server. I don't see any errors here at all.
