Thanks for the clarification; the issue is much clearer now. Jellyfin doesn't have a built-in feature for moving folders (aside from trickplay files) the way you described, so something must have been done on the Asustor side. Unfortunately, Jellyfin can't move those files back, so you'll need to use whatever file manager is built into Asustor. Definitely avoid deleting any media directly from Jellyfin, that would remove it from the filesystem.
