What ISP do you have, if you don't mind my asking?
Also, can you go into your router and check what the public IP is? If the PUBLIC IP is in these ranges, your ISP is using CGNAT.
192.168.x.x
10.x.x.x
172.16.x.x through 172.31.x.x
100.64.x.x through 100.127.x.x
If you have a modest understanding of networking you may have noticed that these are all private IP address ranges.
