    The Intel + Nvidia system 1000%. For Jellyfin, both Intel and Nvidia have much better transcoders. Though it sounds like the Nvidia GPU will be used for LLMs and not transcoding. Doesn't matter since the codec support for the Intel CPU and Nvidia GPU are comparable. Though the Nvidia GPU would be able to handle more tone mapping tasks for your clients that can't play HDR.
