Second menu "My Media" ?

I found some CSS code to test, but it doesn't load on my server. I ran several tests after restarting with the following code:
body {
background-color: red !important;
}
However, Jellyfin refuses to load the CSS. Do you have a solution to offer?

J'ai trouvé un code CSS à tester, mais celui-ci ne se charge pas sur mon serveur. J'ai effectué plusieurs tests après avoir redémarré avec le code suivant :

background-color: red !important;

Cependant, Jellyfin refuse de charger le CSS. Auriez-vous une solution à me proposer ?
