Most clients can direct play nearly all audio formats. Because of that, it takes almost nothing to run Jellyfin. Even if a client needs the music to be transcoded, either for compatibility or bit rate restrictions, audio transcoding doesn't require a lot of compute power. A RPi would be able to serve music no problem. Video is another story. As long as the video is "simple" (H264 video, AAC audio) or you have very capable clients, it should still be fine.
