I had some issues setting it up on android, it appears that the connection to the host device is lost a bunch of times. I tried with 3 phones and one tablet. I know that my router is absolute dogshit, it comes from my ISP and I cannot even log into it locally, only via their website (altibox). I have 500 Mbps both up and down, and the internet is steady, so I'm not sure if that matters?
I had issues getting more than a few devices to connect at the same time, when the third device got connected, another would get booted, though I'm not sure if that's just by chance. Staying on only one device, I got connected and disconnected several times, maybe I just missed that on my TV.
I am connected to the host with the IPv4 + port method, so XXX.XXX.XX.XXX:XXXX. Is there another/better way?
