They do with some customers, but not all. I have tested this not long ago to confirm that I am not on CGNAT, and did once more right now. The steps according to that comment was to check my IP on http://ip.altibox.no/ and https://www.whatismyip.com/ - if they were the same then you supposedly were not on CGNAT with my provider. I have no way to verify if those steps are accurate, if not, is there a different way?
Edit: I also updated my bios right now to enable Resizable BAR, went from a motherboard release date (2020) BIOS to one from late 2024. I guess I could try updating everything possible to see if that's the issue. The server is still on 10.10.5, but I'm not sure how to update Jellyfin without re-installing from scratch?
Edit 2: I have updated everything I can except for opening ports on my router, is that a required step? My phone disconnected after ~7 minutes, prior to 10 minutes. I know that it didn't stutter up until ~7 minutes this time as I had a timer running on my PC and compared. Went away from my PC and phone for a brief moment as everything was running smooth, returned to my phone disconnected.
